2.2 Custom and Stitching Orders

Because custom outfits are made to unique measurements, they are generally excluded from returns, except for:

  • Structural defects in our fabric materials
  • Completely incorrect design execution
  • Unfixable measurement discrepancies by us
  • Major stitching defects upon handoff

2.3 Fashion Academy Fees

Registration deposits and course fees are handled under strict academic enrollment rules:

  • Advance booking fees are non-refundable
  • Tuition fees are non-refundable after class start
  • Batch transfer balances are case-dependent
  • Kit material charges cannot be refunded

We do not charge restocking fees for verified manufacturing defects.

5. Return Window Retention

We accept return and exchange requests only for a standard period of 7 days from the date of product delivery or boutique pickup, unless an extension is granted in writing.

We implement strict validation before issuing an exchange. While we strive to replace defective items with the exact same fabric, material availability may require selecting an alternative design of equal value.

Products purchased during seasonal boutique sales, festive exhibitions, or flash clear-outs are sold on an "as-is" basis and are completely ineligible for returns or refunds.
